Hot Yoga Water Flow
The character of this yoga class is of strong sequences that are linked to breath promoting invigorating flowing poses.
Expect to move focused, breathing smoothly from one pose to another, building strength, energy, stamina and grace and at the same time releasing stress in the body.
Your regular practice will help you improve your poses, correct poor posture, and also brighten your outlook on life.
One of the benefits of sweating in a warm environment is that it can improve circulation, bringing oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood to skin cells. This, in turn, may help to nourish your skin from the inside. Striking different yoga poses in high heat can give your heart, lungs, and muscles a more challenging workout than doing the same poses in a lower temperature.
It can help you burn calories, build bone density, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and improve your flexibility. It may also help ease depression and reduce stress. Sweating, and a lot of if, is one of the main objectives of hot yoga.

Wheel Yoga Live/Online
The yoga wheel is a new therapeutic tool that allows simultaneous extension and flexion of the spine. Wherever your yoga practice is, beginner to advanced, It helps to reduce tension and renew fascia/connective tissue.
It helps to do difficult stretches more safely.
Backbends and inversions are challenging postures and many of us avoid them.
This practice contributes immensely to the  preservation and promotion of a healthy spine.
No need of any special prerequisites to successfully practice with it.
The yoga wheel is a simple and safe way to ease people into these types of asana.
It can prevent injury
The yoga wheel keeps you upright and gives you the support that traditional poses cannot offer with traditional props or with no props.
It improves your flexibility,
If you add the yoga wheel to your yoga routine you will have more confidence to stretch further.
It improves the mobility of your hip flexors which are important to master backbends and inversions.
It gives you dynamic support and better breathing because your diaphragm can perform better.
It stimulates your fascia/connective tissue

Candle light yoga / wheel (optional)
Enjoy your regular yoga practice by soft, calming candlelight. This practice is great anytime you need to gain a sense of relaxation, re connect from within or just to relax further before bedtime. The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can really unwind at the end of the week in a way that feeds your body, mind, and soul.
Practice candlelight yoga, focus on stretching with mindful breath, relaxing stretches and exercises, which wind down the body and mind, while the warm glow of the candles helps you to relax and prepares your body for sleep renewing your energies from within.
In fact, you just might find that candlelight yoga earns you the best sleep of your life! Candlelight yoga practice is also great to improve mood. Mindfulness in fact can do wonders to improve it, whether you’re suffering from depression, anxiety, or mere frustration. As you practice among the soothing candlelight, you can really gain some clarity and find that peace of mind we all crave.
Practice of candlelight yoga on a regular base will increase focus in your daily activities stimulating your mind and body tremendously. The use of the yoga wheel during the practice is optional upon request.
